Aged for five years in American white oak bourbon barrels, this Fairtrade and carbon-neutral rum delivers a smooth, approachable profile with notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and a gentle hint of dried tropical fruit. Excellent on the rocks, in a rum and cola, or as the base of classic cocktails.
