Don Julio Aejo Tequila is crafted from 100% blue agave grown in the Highlands of Jalisco and aged 18 months in American white oak barrels, bottled at 40% ABV. The nose presents lime, grapefruit, mandarin citrus, and rich caramel. The palate is full-bodied with cooked agave, wild honey, oak butterscotch, cinnamon, and hazelnut, finishing bright and lightly spiced with honey and vanilla.
