A Prosecco DOC from Cinzano, made with 100% Glera grapes from northern Italy using the Charmat method. Straw yellow with fine persistent bubbles, the nose shows fruity and floral aromas of green apple, pear and white peach with citrus zest. Fresh and mild on the palate with balanced acidity, clean mineral character and a gently dry finish.

Fresh, fizzy and fruity, with flavours reminiscent of apple and pear. It has a sweet scent and a soft touch in the mouthand as such, it is perfect as an aperitivo, or for blending in cocktails such as the Aperol Spritz.
