Pale salmon in colour, it offers wild strawberry, watermelon, and rose petal on the nose, with a hint of grapefruit and rhubarb leading into a crisp, mineral-driven palate. Stainless-steel fermented and cold filtered to preserve aromatic lift, finishing dry and clean. 12.7% ABV, 750 mL.
